By downloading or using Mira (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
About Mira
Mira is a migraine and headache tracking app. It helps you log episodes, symptoms, triggers, and related information for your personal use.
Medical advice
Mira is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions. Do not delay or ignore professional medical advice because of something in the App.
Your account and data
You are responsible for the information you enter in the App.
Your data is stored on your device. Optional features like iCloud Sync and Apple Health are controlled by you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Mira is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, account issues, or changes you make to sync or health settings.
Subscriptions and purchases
Mira may offer optional subscriptions or one-time support purchases through the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Prices and available plans may change. Any changes will apply according to App Store rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App.
- Misuse the App in a way that could harm others or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
Mira, including its design, code, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Mira does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Mira may suspend or discontinue the App if required for legal, technical, or operational reasons.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
